   It does what it needs to if you only need one pump. The pump will not inflate after the initial vacuum is applied, but overall is still okay

   FTM here with significant growth. This is my second pump. The very first time I used this pump, I practically heard the angels singing. I successfully fit the VERY COMFORTABLE cyllabder, pumped the bulb twice, and felt amazing suction. I wore the unit into the shower and was bliiiiiissed out when I saw what just a few minutes had done.Out of the shower, I tried to put it on again and couldn’t get hardly any suction. I fiddled with the rubber stoppers, tightened everything I could — nothing. Literally this thing had worked MAGIC mere minutes ago, and suddenly I had a dud? It didn’t make sense. If it hadnt worked so well the first time, I would’ve believed all the disappointed reviews and thought this product was just trash — but I knew better and I wanted it to work!I read through all the reviews and eventually saw someone recommend lube, so I put a tiny bit on and voilà! I’m back to several inches pumped and a solid degree of suction. I feel confident now I could walk around wearing this.I will also say, the fact that there isn’t an easy way for the bulb to refill while attached is a major design flaw. I’ve started detaching it from the cylinder to refill, then replace and continue. Annoying, for sure.Hope this helps and happy pumping!

   I’m a trans man on testosterone and am already experiencing bottom growth. It isn’t as big as I want, so I wanted to get a pump to help with growth. If you’re looking for a cheap pump, this is definitely the one. My only issue with this pump is the box. It came opened and mangled. Thankfully the package around the pump itself was intact and untouched. It might have been squished in the shipping process. Other than that, the product is great! It works just like I wanted, nothing is broken and it is easy to use. I recommend looking online on how to use pumps for safety. Also be sure to lube the nosil and the area you want to pump, or it could be uncomfortable and might not pump. Lube helps a ton. Hope this helps anyone with doubts about his product!

   So, I wanted to love this. But the suction option is just too weak. It’s hard to get a seal, and once you do, the amount of suction you can apply is minimal without detaching the bulb, reattaching, pumping again, etc. I was able to make it work by attaching the tubing to a different pump, but I shouldn’t have to do that to make the product work properly.

   Performance should not be the reason to buy this, trust me. I really doesn’t do what you think it will, 2 pumps of the bulb and that’s it. The suction cylinder doesn’t stay on long and any movement from user and it releases easily.

   Suction is great. Be careful cause it’ll rip your goods off. The downside is I’m not sure what I’m supposed to be feeling? It didn’t make the blood rush and if you keep squeezing it WILL get tighter. I’m just confused, or maybe not in the mood enough to match the devices motives.

    Good strong unit but useless pump
    Included pump unit is useless and had to attach our own stronger pump. Really needs different size heads to accommodate different sizes of the body.
