The penis is realistic and soft. I was happy about the hip extensions, it comes with 2. The material is soft but where the hooks/extensions are on the sides kind of pinch and feel a bit rough, so I foresee it possibly chaffing. We haven’t used it yet. My hips are wide, they’re 45″. These fit well however ride lower, so if you have some side love cushions, it’s kind of unflattering IMO. I wish these had thick silky ties on the side, I may reinvent these, lol. Good buy though.
