If you’re looking for a automatic vacuum penis pump this one does the trick and units go up and do the high measurements pretty quickly when this product is connected properly. My only complaint would be actually never mind I have to complaints number one the sleeves that come with it don’t pad good enough for how much suction it has in my opinion also the small diameter hole strangled my unit and unit was purple and in pain before I even notice but that’s not really a big deal because it’s easy to get sleeves for unit on pretty much any adult website that are better and they’re only about five or six bucks in most cases. Also if you’re the type of entity working with larger units the sleeve that it comes with is very hard to get the larger units ready for distribution of sailors also known as sea men. In all I’m very happy with this purchase because it really gets the job done and that was the reason I bought it the other stuff was just a bonus and I don’t think anybody buys these units for the other stuff they buy it for the medical benefits because if you weren’t in need of those medical benefits you wouldn’t be in need of the pump you would just get to sleep for $10 and go on about your day that’s why I won’t give you anything less than a five-star review because the pump is one of the best out there as long as you know how to use it correctly and create that airtight seal

This is a wonderful device to use as therapy to restore erectile function. It is a professionally constructed device with effective and responsive uncomplicated controls. It has three levels of suction and a fourth level that briefly cycles through the three levels. You need to start at the lowest level to avoid injury. I found the safest and most effective method is to use the stop function to pause the suction when you reach a point where it feels like more would be too much. The stop function holds the vacuum pressure and allows it to slowly diminish. You then briefly press the start function to increase pressure to your safe level and stop again when you feel you are at your safe level. If you start with this method for ten minute sessions, you can gradually increase the pressure level and your session minutes to twenty minutes. You have to listen to your body regarding pressure and length of the session. By gradually building up session time and vacuum pressure, I was waking up with an erection in the morning. You must start slow, this is not a toy.

Pretty good quality material and vacuum capability is quite strong1, 2 and 3 settings are very good starting #1 stops at 35 kpa, #2 stops at 45 kpa and #3 at #55 kpa4, 5 and 6 settings typical to 1,2 and 3 stop at max limit as 1,2, 3 at stop they release and repeat.Only concern is that the rechargeable vacuum head lost vacuuming power. As soon as I emailed them I received their response and in a couple of emails they send me a new one through Stan Institute with in a couple of days!! No questions asked.

So, first of all, nothing beats the real thing, but this comes close. Assembly, maintenance and charging are a breeze. Clear mulit-language instruction booklet. The two suction inserts are make of good material and one of the sizes should fit most of us. The realistic other insert and the vibrating attachment work well. This item could be longer and a little wider but would fit the average guy. Use lots of water based lube. I have used one other device that also works well but this has added features like the automatic deflate/inflate cycles. Very stimulating. The digital display is awesome. Can be used for training and for pleasure. I will be interested to see how long it lasts, because I will be using it a lot. :>)
